Chase will get sued soon due to unfair rifs and layoffs. Some of the teams that are dominated by indians will be carefully observed and checked to see all those who got rif'd recently and any discrimination non indjans are facing.

Fed has started cutting interest rates and this will bring more money to Chase Home Lending. So, I don't think Home Lending employee need to panic next 1 year.

It doesn’t really do anything practical for employees. Just d-mb games, junk food and garbage bag and call it a day, or week is low effort. Rather they give out bonuses. Pretty cheap for a big bank
