When a person don’t like or not happy with a internal job should have rights to go back to previous position within chase the new department has not right to keep them if they are unhappy in first place an would like to go back even if one year is not up yet. Some new rules need to be brought in from HR instead of having unhappy employees.

You can move back to your old role if it has not been filled with the permission of your current manager. Actually you can move to any role with the permission of your current manager.
You can always quit, you know.
