Was let go this morning

I was laid off this morning. I thought it was over last week so it was a total shock. Hopefully everyone lands on their feet but this really hurts.

How many more will be cut?

There is no end. Every week more jobs are being axed and employees sent home. Our LL5 was disappointed and this morning let us know that it will continue into the "foreseeable future".

Layoff Criteria

The layoff packet mentioned performance and/or skills being the reason for being laid off. Only 350 were laid off... do you think it was performance based? I got a incon/met rating one year, and good/ok ratings for all of the previous.

Who has experoence with legal counsel at Ford?
