I’ve wanted to leave for a while but postponed it because the arrangement was acceptable. With RTO, that’s no longer the case. There are other companies, other opportunities, and change is often good for personal growth. Ford has become stale anyway.

The company is hoping people are going to leave by attrition with RTO mandates. You are playing right into their hands.
