Part of me thinks mgmt wants bad numbers for rush in order to justify the next round of layoffs. They have been predicting it to be bad for months before rush. The excuse of doing it improve customer service didn't go over well last time.

What is this sunshine being talked about at the home office? It's hell filled with gloom and doom. The sun may shine on a few but not the masses.

Staff cutbacks and now they want me to fill SKYO orders or which my store receives ZERO financial benefit. We are burning out.
