Thread regarding Follett layoffs

They purchased some questionable companies ... they should have been purchasing a piece of Blackboard and working on a complete Follett campus solution including a Follett card and partnering with Apple or Amazon for a compatible reader protocol. That was advise by the techies in the drenches years ago. What I saw was managers wanting to see others fail, departments heads saying no in everything as far as working toward interacting well with other applications, and then to put the icing on the cake having the Network Nazi's the most deceitful arrogant bunch that have similarities to dealing with folks like they are god like and all should bow down. Well if all departments were able to have their 100 mill plus budget not a problem. The problem now comes they have the worst management style in the company and they get away with it because they aren't a profit center just a 100 mill plus expenses center who treat others like dogs. Just because everyone can get to the internet or another server after a few days of emails they get it right they think they are walking on water, really? Everything is cloud based now so they are what three or fours behind???
