I asked around. As of now, no changes are planned to change the food menus. Old white guys will disproportionately take the VBO. No plans to remove roast beef or potatoes from the menu selections. My prediction: No VBO in the works

My SVP confirmed the official announcement is slated this month. Will impact all BUs taking part in connect weeks. No anticipated additional changes after this- intention is to remove the uncertainty around the future of dynamic working.

VBO will be out shortly but won’t be so voluntary. Rumors site those who pass on the offer would receive a lower VBO next time around.
