Happy employees equals successful company. When firms quit listening to their employees, that’s when numbers start falling! Just wait Fidelity just wait.

You can't just type firing employees for minor infractions… I’ve seen a few friends get fired for the d-mbest reasons and not be specific about what they did.

It takes allot to fire an employee. All i's must be dotted and t's crossed to avoid lawsuit when firing.

Or they still firing employees for minor infractions… I’ve seen a few friends get fired for the d-mbest reasons because they had accommodations to work from home despite the companies new two week in office policy that starts in September. I smell EEOC lawsuits in the air…

With a declining population, within 5-10 years there will be 85 million unfilled jobs. Companies mandating back to office will be regretting what they did to the employee morale. They want the best technology and the best talent - not going to find it by focusing on whether people are in the office or not. Adapt or go extinct.

I'm for 100% back to the office.

The biggest whiners are all the time crying about having to go to work.

Haven’t heard more layoffs or vbo. Have heard about likely not renewing people’s remote status, which other companies too are doing, as a way to reduce workforce without announcing layoffs or paying severance. Same with the 2-week thing.

What other apps?

Just VPs and SVPs and other brown-nosers energized to go back 2 weeks a month in September. Anyone not in compliance will be terminated. Sneaky way to get rid of people - No bad press. Many leaving for remote jobs which do exist at better companies. Can’t put a price on quality of life.
