Fidelity isn’t just laying off people it finds ways to dirty dog them and fire them or they’ll find ways to fire them that are not true just so they can let them go and pay lower wage. They are the worst company to work for. I don’t know how anybody can work for them. They don’t care about your work life balance they took away bonuses and merit races. I never got a merit raise since I started there and they took it away when they said when I was hired in the offer letter that me races are included, they never gave any of my merit raises everybody complained and then they let people go on my team who just filed FMLA or who had to leave for to have a baby oh and they are being sued for it too . It’s really sad to see how horrible this company is and its employees it took away yearly bonuses as well. There is nothing there. There are sh---y company.

@1mrg+1sv1OK7l the company has gone to great lengths to hire Indian managers to ensure that they only hire Indians for their direct reports, hitting the diversity targets in record time
Regarding the DEI comment, if Companies including Fidelity can eliminate the good ole boy hires we wouldn't need DEI. I've actually witnessed white men get jobs with higher pay grades that they had no experience in just because they had relationships with the the white male hiring manager. Where is the Merit in that?

Wasn’t always this way, especially when Ned Johnson was still alive and running things. This is all on Abby. I took VBO in 2017, and sure glad I did.
I heard the only reason they promoted Eric and Roger was because they were getting sued for discrimination. DEI was only being considered if you were a woman or of color and had “executive” presence. If you were disabled they would have rather seen your wheelchair roll out into the middle of the street.
How do I get in on this lawsuit
