Attrition

I’m noticing a pretty large uptick in people leaving again on my LinkedIn. Guess that new vacation policy wasn’t much of a bandaid. (Yes I know they are saving money with it)

Where did these managers come from?

New experienced hire here. I’m completely shocked at the incompetence of those in management positions. Where did these clowns come from? I made a giant mistake accepting a position here.

Layoff?

Is it considered layoffs if if is just more jobs being given to India. Has to stop!

US Salary Curves

I understand salary curves max out at about $350k per year. After that if you become an executive your pay is increased with stock. Can anyone confirm?

Google vs ExxonMobil Layoff Notifications

At least ExxonMobil had supervisors tell people they were fired instead of cutting access and sending an email. I’m sure there were a few exceptions but all the tech is better worshipers what do you have to say?
