Just read the following today at a library and thought it is so true and applies well, and a glue to the great ExxonMobil culture that binds the arrogance in the slogan "We Are ExxonMobil"
"If you have to hurt other people in order to feel powerful, you're an extremely weak individual"
This especially applies to DW, his executives and MCs and those the constantly gaslight others. In reference to the above quote, the new slogan should be, "Now, that is the ExxonMobil, gaslightingly warm."

The gaslighting is unreal. I've seen so many levels of gaslighting, with the latest focus on having women become the messengers of bad news. I look forward to the forthcoming law suits... Especially from suppressed women and ageism against older employees.
