How are they deciding? To me it looks like age based everywhere I see. Only top performers are left in CVS

Were these based on performance or who is most expensive? Also, did management have any say or was this all HR?

Has anyone else gotten an invite for a Company Townhall Meeting from the KL Office scheduled for 10/23/2024? What’s odd is that it’s only set for 30 minutes, while our townhall meetings typically run for 60-90 minutes. Thoughts?
