Anyone's team feel a little overstaffed? I feel like we should have trimmed our headcount a bit but we were not impacted at all, while teams that need more people got colleagues axed.

Overstuffed with offshore QA reps taking all the budget hours and not having the work to keep them busy. It's a complete joke. But resource managers protect them.
You definitely have people in certain departments doing nothing at senior levels. You have people to do that for you they said. Then when they laid people off and those senior people had to take on those jobs...they whined about not wanting to..
Hahaha..Let them eat cake is basically upper mananagement motto...
No
@ctp+1v88sXX5 who are you responding to? If it's about MPOS you are way the fudge over staffed. And that department is one of the departments causing rightfully deserved regulators fines.
The senior executive who changed the old department PDS fudged operations.
Byeeee data entry temps!
You trying to give leadership more excuses to lay more of us off? I’m still doing the jobs of 3 people from last years layoffs and leaderships response is “focus on what needs to be done, not what should be done” and if that’s not setting the tone to be reactive and not proactive, idk what is. I’ve saved the company millions of dollars by being proactive when I was fully staffed, and now that I don’t have a staff we’re back spending $3M in fines that would have kept my team paid for another 15+ years.
Here is hoping MPOS temps go byeeeeeee
@jdz+1v88sXX, Is that CVS or Aetna side? I seriously hope it's not Aetna side.
Some of product has two leads per scrum team. Heard Nov/Dec that will be trimmed down
Yes we have too many vendors.
Specifically who OP?
