With all this recorg, production support team most of the time spending to find the right person or team .. new team who took over no idea about the application- funny
- @rrx+1vgg8Uh1. I stand by my comment. In your words “ex employees like to see what a train wreck it’s become.” Why? Do you get your jolly’s off seeing current employees suffer? Do you like seeing companies fail?----
Umm... "YES" however, only when the company is pure evil like CVS.
If you are still at CVS and suffering at this point.., it's on you. you should focus on getting a new life... vs the meltdown you are having while at CVS.
I really hope they cut the super app product people, literally no value add

IT has always been a disaster at CVS but now it is worse than ever.
Senseless reorgs.
New leaders with big egos, with no industry experience hiring their buddies.
To the below poster, lots of ex-employees come here just to read up on the train wreck.
"Gossip and negative comments"? Sound like being back at CVS.
I’m wondering why an ex employee would be asking questions on a site that is supposed to be about layoffs. Don’t you people have anyone you can talk to? You are only looking for gossip and negative comments.
DDAT seems like a headless chicken that is running around. Repeated re-orgs do not make sense. Technology teams always had a 'politics at the top' issue and it is getting worse by the day. I don't understand how anyone is able to infer that we are breaking the silos.
It's basically a mess. More VPs.
Move a bunch of expensive business units under their umbrella.
Make everone enter their time like contractors.
Wait for layoffs in the next 2 months. The lists are made already. Feel sorry for people under Lead Directors who are going to be let go due to bad management of projects and nepotism.
DDAT is not AIS .Some people going back over are in for a rude awakening.
