Ken Lueers (President Canada) forced to retire?

One of the few respectable leaders at CPC and COP. He always seemed like a softie, perhaps he isn't ruthless enough for current times. Or perhaps he cant bear to see what is going to happen to CPC in the next year?

New Canada President

Layoffs are the first step but centralization of all corporate support services to corporate center and headquarters is next.

COP needs to cut additional costs by centralize all it's corporate support services to it's corporate headquarters in Houston. Even corporate R&D programs are better supported and funded the closer they are to headquarters. It appears that the... — read more

Gain IT skills and move out of Oil an Gas business

Engineer's and O rings

Micro managing, political correctness and Engineer's kill a great company. COP needs more business degrees and less engineers. Sad
