I am a new hire and I am scared

I recently joined CITI with all new hopes. But I am scared now. The culture is weird and I will be missing a good severance from my old company.

No impact on EO&T ?

EO&T still appears hiring in all regions especially Production Support Technology functions with VP/SVP roles. Are the technology groups, global functions groups in strategic locations not impacted ?
