Correct. I think I saw I saw "early 1Q" for my division, so I take that to mean mid/late January. Even more chaos and so-called transformation coming. Yippie.
This is reducing management layer, so based on the new org chart some people or even team already gone
With the updated org reporting structure, new target ## or budget $$ will be cascade down, then next round for lower staff
