1: Fascinating the number of MDs in Risk alone who have "Transformation" in their title. Three levels down from Jane, in Risk alone, there are four such people, three of them in ERM alone.
2: How is that ERM saw almost no changes to its MD list?

The Slido Risk Townhall today was full of Soft A$$ questions and comments. If you notice in all Townhalls and this one was Not an exception, anyone posting with their name showing, post eye-rolling obsequious, boot-licking and oleaginous questions and comments. This makes Slido Useless and a Waste of Shareholder Money just like the VOE since employees will either Not do the VOE or LIE on the VOE and Slido and just write complimentary comments and questions. The Anonymous posters ask critical, substantive and meaningful questions and comments.

The MDs and Ds have been giving their directs pep talks about how getting 3-Ratings Meets Expectations/Valued Contributor is actually a good thing because we're "valued contributors". Yeah right. NO One is buying the BullSHi+. That BullSh!t is so Hot and piled so High, it's taller than Mount Mauna Kea in Hawaii (world's highest mountain) and spews More BullSH!t than the world's worst volcano, Mount Tambora in Indonesia (caused 92,000 De@ths)! It's a laughable tragicomedy black comedy that MDs and Ds are actually spewing this Sh!t ! Employees know that 1 and 2 Ratings get better bonuses, salary increases and promotion prospects. So their song and dance about how getting 3-Ratings are excellent and wonderful is as truthful and real as Pyrite being real Gold! Employees will actually say, yeah it's ok that my Rating is downgraded to 3-Valued Contributor from 2's or 1's because Citi is Not profitable and can Not afford to dole out better bonuses, salary increases and promotions to more people. Said NO One EVER!!! We'll also say, it's ok that the 2 and 1 Employees can buy and afford better houses, cars, retirements plans, vacations, etc. Said NO One EVER !!! Citi is hoping Employees will smoke their Citi Cr@ck and believe their BullSH!T LIES ! NOT !!!

Yes it was really interesting how come only 1 MD in ERM at best was impacted ? This is crazy! And if u look at Christine Mayes world none of the MDs were impacted

Those are just code words for Layoffs: Transformation, Change, Right Sizing, Restructuring, Unlocking Value, Streamlining, etc.. As a commenter on NYPost said, the Translation is: Firing a Lot of A$$.

Transformation usually points to consent order work - which is deemed a no-go in terms of layoffs unless you want regulators to extend the CO
