I read Jane's email. Why drag it out over the course of the day? It feels like a super long email that's pretty much saying no much at all. What's the point of 'Ask me anything'? A lot of questions get censored anyway so I will refrain from asking anything.

My SMT hasn't sent out anything even back in September. I'm would fall off my chair if something was sent out today. Lots of meetings canceled and such today too (not just for the holiday week I'm assuming).
So basically the emails come out from Jane and EMTs. Then our MDs, directors, managers, etc., send out zero info again. What a great communication plan.
They are using the same corporate garbage words , received four reorg emails , they all say the same thing and nothing at the same time.
Clear communications is not Citi’s strength. The announcements have not provided any clarity so far. Org charts are confusing. Our directors and managers are silent. Nobody knows anything better than last week.
We sit around waiting for email announcements to drop - a total distraction for everyone and this will go on for 3 months!?!? This is bananas.

But guess what possibly our emt will come with a lengthy email saying each smt will communicate in their area tomorrow haha
