Bonus letters are being handed out in UCS but apparently no salary hike this year. Is this only for UCS or other BU's as well? Is it possible for me to disagree with bonus letter and ask leadership to revise the decisions?

Who was the focus this time, age, performance or salary?

My IPF was 1.18 and that exactly cancels out the CPF of 0.85 (0.85*1.18 = 1.003). So I just wonder if my manager just wants to offset the bad CPF or if he really thinks I've exceeded his expectations by 18%. What were your IPFs?
