Curious - what is the consensus on the Customer Success Specialist roles within CX? Are these positions to avoid? Are they high risk for LR? How is overall job satisfaction?

The WW VP who just left and went to the IOT company that sounds like drizzle will leave a huge hole in our internal programs and probably cause 100’s of customers in the Midwest US to rethink their loyalty.
