independently of the Presence Report. It is still wrong. I thought it had been corrected but then last weeks report was published and they have under reported the hours I was in the office, and the start/end times are all over the place.

18 years with the company and was fired today.

18 years with the company and I was fired today because I did not meet the minimum number of hours in the office - by 10 minutes per day. No warning, no PIP plan etc. Sorry for everyone still there. It’s about to get ugly.

Anyone one know how many employees T is trying to get to and where we are at now?

What is the purpose of all of these drastic measures?

I’m struggling to understand why they are implementing such crazy measures such as RTO, hours tracking, metrics tracking, etc. This is abysmal for productivity and innovation. Feels like corporate su----e for the company.
