Survey

Regarding the 3rd party OHI ("Occupational Health Index") survey administered by McKinsey last year...

In his email to all management employees sent in February 2024, STRONGLY urging everyone's participation...the CEO stated:

"Following the survey, results will be shared so that we can create informed plans and take demonstrative actions towards accelerating our culture transformation."

But then they got the results, and they subsequently decided to do a 180...and he sent his minions out with ridiculous and laughable excuses as to why.

So, when your Director starts pushing hard on everyone to complete the upcoming eNPS...remember that.

I for one, along with several others on my team, are not going to take it.

They can't tell who has taken it or not taken it, they can only see the participation rate in the overall group (I know you tinfoil hat folks don't believe that, but just trust me, I have seen the reports and begged my team to take it in the past). Besides, your participation is entirely voluntary anyway. If I was asked as to why I did not take it, I would just cite that facts above re: the OHI survey.

The only thing that impacts them is low/ no participation. The scores and words you put on the survey are meaningless; they do not matter.

" They most certainly provide UUIDs with results!"

Because you keep saying that does not make it true.

I have managed people for 20+ years. Seen many surveys.

I have not seen surveys tied to UIDs. I have not seen reports provided to managers showing who has taken the survey, and who has not. I am not saying none of that is possible.

Yes, if you were to threaten someone in your survey, I am guessing someone from HR would come knocking.

"They can't tell who has taken it or not taken it ..."
And
"Yes they receive a list of all UID’s who have completed it."

Read the fine print that you must agree to the T&C prior to taking the survey. They most certainly provide UUIDs with results! The T&C for engagement survey indicated results were provided to HR! I don't remember if that's the case for eNPS.

In Paschal DeRoches' follow up email on March 1, 2024, he stated that the culture survey is not replacing "annual employee engagement survey, which will be administered later this year". Of course, that survey never came out. Another lie by the C-suite.

“ Yes they receive a list of all UID’s who have completed it.“

No, they don’t.

They receive a percentage of participation for their team. They do not see who specifically has or hasn’t taken it.

Ask me how I know.
