What happened after the strike?

I guess this was debated on multiple threads, but I see there is no thread about the experiences of the folks that were on strike. How was it coming back to work? What reactions did the managers have? Did anybody face harsh treatment yet?

At this rate, nobody will want to work at AT&T

Look at the kind of news that keeps beeing associated with AT&T: layoffs, strikes, outsourcing... If you googled a prospective employer and majority of coverage was of issues such as those, wouldn't you reconsider joining that company? I'm betting... — read more

Response

Working as a CP manager didn’t really bother me at all other than the 12+ hour a day compliance. I have 20 years experience with the company in multiple departments and a skill set that exceeds that of most any union worker so I didn’t find the work... — read more

I gotta be honest. I love this strike.

I really needed the time off. I don’t care that I’m not getting paid. It’s great to get things done around the house. I haven’t been able to get time off approved for going on 6 months now !

Can managers form a union ?
