There was an internal email distributed today saying they were going to look at reducing staff.

"The need to again materially lower our capital spending and to pursue PRESERVATION" - so, cut jobs and projects, try to survive.

Anybody? I was laid off in 2015

I heard that today Anadarko was having meetings regarding layoffs. Not sure what groups will be affected, but it sounds like it is going to be pretty significant.

Is there any substance to this water cooler talking point?
