Get rid of layers of Shared Services

I saw an email last week that senior management wants to consolidate more work into the shared services groups. This is the wrong thing to do. The shared services groups are blocking business compliance from being able to execute and get things done... — read more

Why is Shrewsberry still around?

It’s reprehensible that John Shrewsberry was not fired along with the rest of the corrupt WF ‘leaders.’ Does anyone know if he will be forced out and replaced soon by someone from Chase?

Corporate Risk hub cities... Are we down to just 5?

Has Corporate Risk moved to a 5-hub city model? Previously there were 12 cities, but now I understand there will be just 5 – and only one of them (Phoenix) is West of the Mississippi. Clearly, new hires must be in a hub city per Mandy, but what... — read more

We keep being reminded on calls to take our PTO for our mental health. I now wonder if this is not a ploy to avoid payout during layoffs.
