The thirst is real!

I'd ki-l for something productive to do. There is a serious dry spell for some of us - literally 2 weeks with no work. You'd think management would plan the production teams workload better before leaving for the year.. Might sound fun to some but... — read more

Why do you still work at this place?

It's almost a new year, don't you think you should work on getting the FO (GTFOH) of this Bank? Why would you want to work for a Woke, hypocritical company like this one? You know, one that lets it's New York CEO live in his hometown while they ask... — read more

The salary range for a job I’m interviewing for here in NYC is $126K to $234K with a midpoint of $180k. It’s with Wells Fargo as a “mid-senior level” and I meet all qualifications including the desired/preferred qualifications. I have about 20... — read more

Wells Fargo IS a charity

The people who have been here the longest know the WF system. Nothing. Nothing can be done to fire them based on performance. Once they are here full-time, good luck. These are the most ungrateful leaches I've ever had to deal with in my life. The... — read more

Don't be too excited about the job market

Yes, there is currently a need for lower level workers all around, but if you're mid-level or above, you're out of luck. The job market is still tight for us. Most of the open positions at our level still receive hundreds of applications each (I've... — read more

Will I get the extra 1% 401k match?

So my salary is less than 150k. But when it gets combined with bonus it is likely to be above 150k. Do I still get the 1% extra match? Thank you!!

Is BMO Morgan Stanley any better?

There are some postings that look very intriguing but I am wondering if anyone has experience. Are you giving up seniority to jump from the frying Pan to the fire?

RTO Playbook

I mentioned previously that the Banks Operating Committee is disconnected from reality. No idea what the great resignation was. RTO is part of the OCs playbook. No matter what you make of it we have psychopathic, egotistical, and self-centered EVPs... — read more

Does CS have enough former top cats from JPM on his inner squad, or will he layoff a few dozen more of us so he can add a crony and secure some more life long return favors?

Erratic pay dates?

Why did we get paid on Thursday 11/11 and Thursday 11/25, both holidays, and not on Friday? Following that logic. Why not pay us today 12/23 so people have cash in their pocket for Christmas Eve?
