Week 1 RTO observations...

Capacity of my floor maybe 33% Monday, above 50% Wednesday, and under 10% today. The "for the safety and health of others" card can be played at any time and is replenished weekly. No really, try it. "I woke up with a scratchy throat. I don't... — read more

If you are discriminated against ...

In the event you face discrimination at WF (or any other company), immediately work with a lawyer. They are very good about burning 90-days from the date of event to make it difficult for you to have a case. Document your case early, don't doubt... — read more

Uh oh!!

So, I used to access this site from my personal phone that coincidentally was, at one time utilized as a work phone. I had been locked out of the Wells container- but didn't delete it from my device..anyway, I was recently denied access to THIS... — read more

I didn't go in this week

Nobody said anything. No call, no email, nothing. I plan to continue to WFH and see how it goes. I feel it's important to say that I can afford to get fired, so I can take this risk. My husband also has a good-paying job and we have decent savings... — read more

CEO - turned rancher d-mbfounded

CEO - turned rancher d-mbfounded when cost-cutting measures to stop mending fences and feeding cattle don’t yield expected performance bonus. Corporate culture rewards all the wrong behavior.

Financial Advisors, Why Stay?

FAs, why do you stay at Wells Fargo Advisors? Isn’t it challenging to attract new clients after years of negative news? I understand existing clients stayed, but surely it is easier to grow at other firms without the baggage. Help me understand why... — read more

Fu-k Wells Fargo

Fu-k this company. Fu-k RTO. Fu-k the non-existent leadership that has no clue about the impact of their half-baked decisions. I hope this awful place fails and fails miserably.

Leaving without notice?

I'm not any kind of corrective action. If I resign with less than two weeks notice, does this affect the information they would provide as a reference on the work number?

PCR Testing

Can anyone share the process and if you swab yourself ect?

Question — Applying Internally

Hi everyone, I hate my current job as much as anyone at Wells, but I have a quick question about applying internally. Do anyone know what percent of WF employees receive “exceeds” ratings and how beneficial the rating is in the hiring process?

FFS - 300 Times???

Scharf’s annualized compensation is nearly 300 times higher than the $73,578 that the median salary a Wells employee makes, according to the filing. https://stocks.apple.com/AqhJCJnVjRZ6CZsByfz9J_Q

Trapped

The Fed is trapped: It can’t raise too much since trillions of debt rely on very low rates. If it doesn’t raise enough then inflation will cause a recession.

Welcome to the Neighborhood

I just love how on our all hands calls the higher ups have pushed RTO so hard yet they are on video showing their offices the size of an apartment!! (With a door) They have a long table, plus another seating area and guess where most of us are? In... — read more

Happy Retiree!!!!!!

Retired a little ahead of plan but with >40 years in with combined Wachovia/WF company. Do not regret my decision for a second; I felt I had to sell my soul to stay there and now I’ve bought it back. Best wishes to all.

I quit working in 2009.

I quit working in 2009. I still do go to the office every day, none of my managers have stayed long enough to notice me.

Just walked all the floors in my building…

…and they are almost completely empty. One floor might be at 20% occupied. I feel like a complete su---r for coming in. Also, I had forgotten how distracting and loud it is to have someone right next to you on a call. Yikes.

Teamworks Welcome Back!

Shouldn’t there have been some kind of rah-rah, welcome back message on Teamworks today? All I see is a message about more HR leader changes. Seems like a missed opportunity, or just more lack of planning.
