I guess people who work in back office doesn't read the alerts or the messengers cause I've been transferred 6 times and nobody has no idea about waiving the fees for customer who does wires online instead of coming to the branch is sad.

Heard through official channels that they will begin running reports and tracking 3 day per week attendance requirement. On an unrelated note- Hundreds were laid off yesterday with job title being removed from the org as the excuse.
