Anyone knows what’s happening with WFA website? Trading not available

several of you who are out of market are getting the ax over the the next 18 months. those others who are not going to relocate are also getting the ax.

What is the difference in strategy between the layoffs that happen every other Tuesday and the ‘wave’ layoffs? Winston had teams affected this week and other locations have displaced remote workers and others for some time now.

People at my site are being laid off every other Tuesday like clockwork. Offshoring work bit by bit until no Onshore work is left. Yesterday were Credit Analysts and Loan Servicing. Non Hub. All on Hybrid Wfh/Office.

Does anyone know the protocol of folks displaced while on PTO? Does your manager wait until you come back from PTO to lay you off, or do they just contact you while on pto and let you know?
