Wait times are half an hour or more. Many customers are not being serviced correctly. Recording ask customers to be patient due to a strike. Replacements are overly apologizing. They have no clue how to handle the customer. This is a sad situation.

Recorded, 4 EWA spent 6 hrs at cust hs just to lay 50ft temp cut while mowing. Service restored after 3 onts replaced and all 8 customers disconnected . I say 4 weeks total and FiOS will be total darkness.
