LOL!!! Really??? But Verizon has 17000 professionally trained techs to do our jobs, right??!! They are doing very well without us! At least that's what some of these post indicate! You should have had your internet the day it was due! Complain to VERIZON's greedy execs! Has nothing to do with the union! If your making BILLIONS in profits, your employees should be treated like gold, because they are the ones busting their butts making it for you! Oh, and for the record...wireless starts on land and ends on land! In case you think only the wireless side is important and makes money for the company! Without wireline, there would be no wireless!!! Good luck to him getting his service! I would go to Comcast!!!

Must be lazy paid company trolls. Most of Verizon senior management is lazy, except when they are playing in the gym. Work and effort is something that they do not do. Work is for the little people like managers and union.
