Deal is set between Verizon and Infosys. Starting Oct 1st all IT employees except people managers will be moved to Infosys. Announcement will be in September.

Verizon will function much better with all of you working (or not) someplace else.

Spoke with executive who had meeting earlier today. SMB Specialist role will end as of Jan 2019. In most markets the smb specialist is an expendable role. Why pay someone to do the work that reps and managers can do in store.
