I got a copy of the Verizon 2018 Annual Report today. I see Hans is still trying to claim that Verizon released "real" 5G. That's going to really come back and bite Verizon in the butt, when customers realize it's a lie.

I took the VSP and left on 3/22. I expected my final check today but didn’t get it. Will it be included in the severance? Wjen should I expect the severance and will it be electronically deposited?

At least I think that's what it is. A nice chunk of change was direct deposited into my checking account today. It will make a nice bit of padding until the buyout payment comes in.

I left the company two weeks ago. How long until they take the unvested 401k money?

I heard a day after 1st quarter reports come out that this unit will be on the block. They will trim the fat first to find a potential buyer for this garbage.

I'm not sure when this happened but for the past 39 years I have been counting on a grant of several hundred acres somewhere around Oklahoma where I could put down roots and manage my ranch. Now i'm told that's not a guarantee of employment at VZ?!

Is this true? New hires only get 401k? When did this happen? I haven't been with Verizon for a while, but I didn't know things have changed that much...
