Just got news 6 Carmen are being laid off effective today. 4 from Roseville 2 from Stockton. Lead Carmen Positions abolished and jobs reposted as Carmen Freight Welder. Forman will now take on their duties. Was told first round, more to come.

Lost 3 FG jobs... Cut 3rd shift to around 50 jobs.. While this was not officially a "layoff" it had the effect of sending 3 foremen back to their box. 3rd shift will now consist of 1 manager and 2 foremen. Who knows what's next....
