Just got news 6 Carmen are being laid off effective today. 4 from Roseville 2 from Stockton. Lead Carmen Positions abolished and jobs reposted as Carmen Freight Welder. Forman will now take on their duties. Was told first round, more to come.

Would be 101 on the roster now. But that includes Stockton guys. I heard layoffs in Hinkle? Anyone confirming?

All a part of the first wave. It should go without saying, but if you are still employed refuse all overtime(unless forced) until your brother or sisters are braught back. A union is only as strong as its weakest link.
They abolished our Leadman at hinkle as well. How many Carmen do you guys have?
