Is TR having problems with hiring?

Some positions have been open for atypically long time. TR is hiring but no one is hired. What is going on? Nobody wants to apply here anymore? Although, TR doesn’t rush into hiring as long as there are those of us who will do work for several... — read more

1447 Open Roles

That is almost 100 more then 20 days ago. They just can’t fill these seats. And now it’s back to the office, which may not exist in 2 years. Wonder if they are even trying?

Just wrong!

Reuters staff raise alarms over partnership with Russian-owned wire service, Tass: “It was an embarrassment when the partnership was signed two years ago,” said a Reuters reporter. “Now it’s just wrong."

Done with this place

I'm making sure to research every company I apply with to make sure being promoted is based on merit instead of on who you know. I'm so tired of being passed over for a promotion because I'm willing to work hard but I'm not willing to kiss any butts... — read more

The Vanity Leadership

TR never stops amazing you on how incompetent their new VP+ hires are. Eligibility for VP+ are external candidates, mostly from Intuit, has been a minion to one of the leaders in the past and most important: they shouldn’t know anything pertinent to... — read more

How was your raise this week?

I'm curious. Mine was around 1% and not anywhere close to the 7% inflation we are seeing in the US these days.

I couldn't believe it was like this

When I applied here, I knew it would take a lot of work and proving myself. However, I couldn’t have imagined that TR was squeezing its employees this much. Of course, only those with a lack of self-confidence who think they don't deserve anything... — read more

Better pay

I managed to get an offer with 30 percent higher pay, but unfortunately, there was something else I didn't like about it. However, it is only now that I am realizing how much I am underpaid here. I'm interested in how much higher pay did you get in... — read more

1350 Open Roles

It’s been 2 weeks since I posted last and the openings continue to climb. Just can’t seem to find people at bargain basement pay rates. Also remote positions still do NOT show pay range. April is fast approaching so all portions in NYC will need to... — read more

Growing dissatisfaction

The customers are becoming very dissatisfied, which is not a good thing. My question though is who is becoming more dissatisfied here, the employees or the customers?

Bonus on notice period?

if I give my two week notice so that the bonus day falls in my notice time, are there any possibilities of TR cutting my bonus? I think our employment agreements just say that we need to be employed by the time of bonus and for this year I think it’s... — read more

Leaving after 10 years

How did TR fall into identity crisis?

Just as someone wrote, this company has an identity crisis. The only question is whether this identity crisis will be resolved before it is too late, and I am also interested in how this company got to that stage in the first place.

At ASM that is what was said. The open session for legal said with inflation will come more profit. Nothing about passing that on to employees in the form of compensation. Just costs are going up so we should, no we “must” increase our prices too. — read more

Open roles

Some roles have been open for months. What is going on? Is TR really unable to find suitable candidates or is no one capable wanting to come and work here anymore? I don’t remember ever having any position open as long as it now.

There are many open positions that have not been filled yet. Also people are leaving. Does that mean we are safe from the cuts for a while longer?
