It is overflowing with insecure managers who have no idea what they are doing most of the time. This is why you have to play d-mb as well plenty of times if you want to keep your job. If they see you as a threat, you're as good as gone. But if you're good at kissing a-s, then you're golden! Awful, awful place.

The kiss a-s “managers” are the entire product management organization. PowerPoint gurus posing as value providing leaders. They are akin to the congress of the United States, gridlocked, all talk no action narcissists.
Guys, it is SO BAD. If you have any intelligence at all, especially if you live in MSP or Dallas, you are like get me out of here. My boss’s boss’s boss TK is awful and ignorant and I can’t wait until the day he is axed by the new mgmt. Holding my breath until then haha.
Sorry to hear it was this bad. TRSS is a super inconsistent org. My division was wonderful, with great leaders and management, and strong growth. But I did not agree with the company's business decisions and ethical framework so I had to leave. Parts of TR are good or even great, but the core is fundamentally rotten, and you can't ignore it forever.
Terrible place to work. RIF’d workers exited very poorly, and treated very disrespectfully. You also have to wonder about the selection process for how they are chosen to be shown the door. Those left get work piled on top of them for no extra money. Many managers would struggle at other work places because they lack the basic work skills needed for the job and/or are socially inept. If you can move on, go for it. You won’t regret it. Rating: 1/10.
It’s just abusive. Cue a wave of lawsuits citing to the “hostile work environment.”
