Director told my team she wanted 100% participation. Haven’t done it. Don’t want to be a part of this BS. Can they see if it’s me who has not done it?

An A.D in my org shared a screenshot this morning. It showed the director with the total responses as well as each A.D with the total numbers of employees and number of responses. Most in my org were “below x responses”.
Yes, they know who and who didn’t take it.

Let’s use some common sense. When you take the survey, you are taking it on a company laptop, that’s logged into the network using your ATTUID and take it from a browser that you are logged into via global logon. They know your device… they know every word that’s said via teams… Why anyone would believe that they aren’t tracking this is beyond me.
Take the survey. What’s wrong with people.
They know who wrote what comments. If you dont want them to know, dont add comments. It will be harder to track.
My L2 comes by every year about this time and asks me why I haven't taken the survey. She also goes to other people. Yes, they know who has or has not participated.
Before I retired a couple of years ago we knew the participation rates and even saw the responses. Didn’t see names but you could make pretty good guesses as to who made negative comments. The same things that people complained about all year were on the survey in basically the same language they had been using. Never confronted them because we were told not to in no uncertain terms.
Don’t believe so but they should see the numbers.
Option 2 is just complete the survey and say “whatever…who cares” and move on with your day.
