Should have gotten 13 weeks of severance
I was all set to retire with 35 years in a month. My coworkers were planning a nice party for me. It would have meant a lot me. They riffed me this week and didn’t give me any retirement.
I work in HR and they made me lay off everyone just to lay me off after. I feel depressed. Might off myself.

No one was hit at far east for some reasons.
This doesn’t make sense.. the economy is fine.. we got 21B in investments, we are getting so much money that we could get a $5000 dividend..

I was told the same thing . They said I was a great employee and that my performance wasn’t the issue. They blamed it on market conditions. I guess it’s the same lame excuse they’re giving everyone. #northbelt #sperry
They got the Montgomery PA yard pretty hard yesterday. Walked out all the mechanics, E-techs and closing the warehouse. The crews up there will have no support from anywhere but zanesville. Potentially dropping a couple crews or sending them south. We were told market conditions is why this is happening here and up there. Sad to hear man. Lots of good guys I used to work with up there and now are jobless.

Seems a lot. I saw the security guards on stand by for hours outside the conf room, have a feeling it was constant for hours where they were pulling people. Very sad to notice :(
