They are coming no doubt but I seriously doubt tomorrow. When previous RIFs have occurred the last decade SOMEONE leaks some credible information prior and all the people who chose to deny it’s coming down vote and call them a fear monger.
All that to say… all I’ve seen is people complaining about the company and throwing weak theories out.
I think we’ll all be safe… TOMORROW. Prob not by EOY.

Current admin takin a real hard look at h1bs and body shops, kicking off investigations and beginning to focus on the abusers. Assuming Vz doesn’t want to get wrapped in any of that. Especially since they have to deal with regulators to run their business. My guess is the current admin is doing this to try and save the mid terms , and after that passes big business will be able to go back to their usual ways. So may guess postponed till late nov.
Tomorrow is end of Q3, so who knows. Ill have my coffee ready to go and wait. I hope those who want the package get it and those who don't get to stay.
I don’t think it would be newsworthy anyway it’s not a “layoff” in the traditional sense. These people will still have jobs just a different employer. VZB managed services offloaded 5k people around 2022? And no news no word
