I've been with the bank for 28 years and this is the first time I am actually ashamed to work for US Bank. They treat their employees like dog s***. The raises and bonuses don't amount to anything anymore. They're making it impossible to meet goals so they don't have to give us raises and bonuses. If US Bank doesn't care about their employees why should their employees Care about US Bank.

@dw Have you paid close attention to every announcement? It's always "Under the leadership of GK, she turned [something failing] around." Pretty much the text version of every Trump administration cabinet meeting; everyone must grovel to and mention Dear Leader.

Our new CEO is a Trump wannabe. She's a greedy pig that does nothing but take from her employees that made the company great. Employees are walking around on eggshells feeling like they have a Target painted on their backs. While she rakes in a four and a half million dollar bonus for destroying US Bank. The layoffs are getting way out of control. The bank is losing way too many good employees with the knowledge that ran the company so well over the years. If something is not done about the new CEO I fear that US Bank has a very gloomy future. The morale of employees is the lowest I've ever seen. Something's got to give. Maybe we should unionize!
They’re all like that that’s why the United States is so messed up right now greed don’t want to pay their employees more but there gonna make their millions every year. Our country is just as EVIL as the rest.
