Yes specially if you have indian leaders your job will go to india.
Many are expecting one big cut coming December 2026. It has been a yearly exercise to trim.
@OP layoffs will be a constant trickle for the next 15 months at minimum. Leadership has been very careful to avoid layoffs in numbers that would require any Government mandatory reporting. If you were able to do your job remotely you can be sure it is under consideration to be moved to India.
Pretty sure we're heading up for in at the end of the month, but we'll see.
