We were all informed on 9/17 that about 50% of U.S. NIT were being let go. We have been reduced from 225-120 people. There will be 3 waves of layoffs occurring with the 1st wave being end of February 2027. 2nd wave end of June until late September. 3rd and final wave the entire month of November.

Once Hungary and tcs took over majority of ticketing and service that was the cursor of what is to come. It’s unfortunate that service has gone down so bad internally. Cost savings don’t always mean everything will be great.
Intentionally or not, Leadership did everyone a favor by letting them know that it's coming so they can get their resume updated and activate their professional network. Also, telling them before Christmas spending was good timing.
