@br They have people "training" AI who don't even know how to create a PDF. It is a disaster. They may let people go over it, but they will need to bring them back.

Telecom is a shrinking industry full of lifers. It's an industry problem. Expect more nothing but the same which means more layoffs and also more inflated job titles. Yes there will be layoffs and also more VP's announced.
I dont work there anymore but I hope they do layoffs. I know bunch of people need to go from sales.
Every 4th quarter has brought layoffs for over a decade in this industry. All the hard work the minions have done training AI this year I am sure will be rewarded eventually.
The investment of AI in this company will be felt across the footprint
Haven't heard any rumors, but wouldn't be surprised given that it's the beginning of Q4 and the last quarter to shore up the books.
