Any updates if market level network engineering (RF, SP, network real estate, construction, transport) will have cuts? Rumors or combing more makets? Any cuts to SDs or above?

People don’t know what’s coming:) So sad people think they are irreplaceable especially in engineering.
Bring it! I need to be replaced by overseas cheap labor. U.S. customers hate talking to them. VZ can go down faster than Monica on Bill or Stormy on Orange TACO.

@a2 never believe a manager when commit to promoting you.... it's mostly them dangling a carrot so they don't have to go thru the motions of hiring your backfill. The rest is HR..... they will deny nearly everything.

Be prepared for the largest rebadging in the history of rebadging. I am scared to find out who my new employer will be and how much the benefits will get reduced but I have no choice but to ride it out since I didn't take the last VSP. My manager asked me not to because there was a sweet promotion coming for me if I stayed. Still waiting for it. That manager has had three promotions since as was moved to another org. I'll say it. I was a gullible d-mba$$ and missed my opportunity. Now I wait.
