Anyone heard of it? I talked to someone and they are meeting with folks from different departments to learn anout whay the departmentdoes. I never heard of it. Is this a program for folks that are about to get laid off but have no clue?

I had a “Care Connect” meeting a week or so ago. It was weird - asking if I have what I need to support my teams but no actual suggestions or follow up.
This sounds like they are trying to figure out what teams to cut next. Scary

Was this with HR? I had one Friday called Care connect to share insights about the team and work we support. My co manager had the same meeting with the same person about 2 -3 weeks ago.
