When was the last Tell Dell survey? I heard from my peer over a month ago that the feedback request was coming. Never saw it.
At this point, it's being used as a temperature gauge. How hot is the general population?
The fact that nothing came out this year must mean something. No explanation. Nothing. The only thing I can think of is it so bad that there is no spin to be done.
If it comes out next year, do you fill it out? How do managers spin it when someone says, i filled it out last year and no feedback was given.
When you do complete the survey, even if negatively, you give them something to work off with. But when you don’t complete it, they have nothing.
I actually totally forgot about TD results. I don't usually attend the all hands meetings or whatever tf they are called - bc it's just a bunch of bs anyways - but, thinking about it now, my team has always been told the results by our manager.
They must have been absolutely terrible. So bad that they couldn't even falsify the numbers to show hundreds of people lol.
But lets be realistic here... the stock price is WAY higher than it should be and execs are cashing in on that. Which is all they care about anyways. Personally, I'd prefer it to be this way versus wondering if your butt is on the line. Low stock price = layoffs

I am trying to understand why no feedback? Why did they decide not to tell us anything.
@d5 Our group, a very tightknit group, all submitted honest but negative scores about out VP. We shared our comments with each other.
When he presented, all the comments he showed were glowing. He made the whole thing up. Total liar! None of us have done TD since. It's a scam. HR doesn't care.
Biggest joke. Mgrs with bottom scores still somehow managed to be protected and marching the halls doing nothing because as TD shows, they are worthless.

My manager discussed with us and let us vent away. They hate this BS too some are just better at gaslighting.
The stock is between 500 and 600 and share. The investors and goons in the ivory tower couldn't care less about TD results. They might give a sh-t if the market bottoms out but not now.
The results have been terrible for several years now, only this year they were so bad they knew they couldn't manipulate the results like they have in years past.
Tell Dell has been a propaganda scam for years.
That will be bad in any sense.
I remember to be in a meeting room and the manager was presented his numbers. And these numbers were so bad, the silence permeated the room.
He asked us 'what YOU can do to make these number better.
Management does sh-it and want to blame us for something we don't ask for.
I have been not answering TD for the last 3 years.
We had several meetings and open Q& A about it with our org all the way up to SVPs. Some of you just weren't paying attention two months ago when it happened across the company

Next year, if we are around, will you fill it out? Hey, I filled it out last year and there were no results given. Why should I fill it out this time around? What will be the reason?
