Yeah just to reiterate. Log in again. I got into my laptop everything was no access and I didn't have the email. Outlook asked me to log in again and the email came through then went dead again. So if you are dead and no email just log in again to email client.

Web mail access worked for me
Retry to get to your oracle email, happened to a few of us. Try logging in again with the outlook browser email access. I was locked out of email, then got access again later and received the email with the link to give your personal email details.
