Any updates on management surplus the rest of the year?

I volunteered in hopes of saving someone's job, but got crickets.
I heard a big one is coming in February. I’ve even had a casual conversation with my leadership on who on the team is on the chopping block.
Hopefully they surplus this week, nice way to leave.
I don’t know the exact dates, but layoffs are pretty much ongoing at this point. Rumor is there’s one in the next couple weeks, off payroll in October. Another one likely in December and another one in February. Pretty much every quarter we have layoffs. Expect 5-10% each time until they hit their target. The target was under 100k employees, but I heard Stanks mentioned under 75k recently. So based on that, good luck to not be one of those 45k they plan to layoff over the coming months. Most likely you will be, so plan accordingly. To anyone waiting on a package or planning to retire in the next year or two, maybe consider volunteering so you at least walk out of here with that severance package.
Notifications go out Nov 31st. Off of payroll by end of year.

Surplus letters September 17 and again November 17. Next year letters January 18.
Wtf is it called a surplus anyway. Isn’t it a layoff? Surplus means too much or too many of…oh right. Too many losers who haven’t contributed in a very long time.
Word on the street is off payroll date of 10/1 and another round in December, followed by another is Q1. All in about a 30% cut is coming over the new few months.
